Neighborhood Restoration Update: Light Garden

Sorry it's been a bit longer than a week this time around. I've been working hard on getting the light garden working. The mushroom-y things on the big lamp posts have been trimmed down to a more manageable size, and I've got the lights working, but the controls up on the bridge are still giving me hassles. For now I've bypassed the control circuit so the lights are just all on all the time.

I finally jimmied the lock on the Book Room doors, so they're open now. The Nexus link has one of the more functional Nexus Pedestal contraptions instead of the bare-bones book stands like the DRC-restored 'hoods do. Not sure why, and not sure what the purpose of pointing it out is, but there you have it. Just thought it was interesting, I guess.

There's still a layer of dusty grime over everything down here. I've been working on cleaning it up, but it's very slow going. I've managed to clean some small patches, and they stand out pretty starkly against the flat, almost featureless surroundings. Clean-up and getting the rest of the lights working will be my focus for the next work cycle.
